Reactive lymphoid hyperplasia

A case of reactive lymphoid hyperplasia of ilescaecal region is presented in an elderly Bahraini female. This presented with abdominal pain and a palpable mass in right iliac fossa. Histologically this condition has a close chain resemblance to low grade lymphoma, from which it can be differentiated by demonstration of light restriction using immunocytochemistry
